Pemcor was founded in 1992 and has been active in real estate development and value-added real estate investment in a number of markets in Canada and the United States. The company has undertaken a variety of project types, although the greatest emphasis has been on multi-unit residential, retail and industrial properties.
The company’s residential projects have comprised over 4,500 units and have included development of wood frame condominiums, condominium conversions of existing apartment complexes, and development of concrete luxury and loft condominiums. Commercial projects have primarily been focused on retail and industrial properties and have comprised approximately 1,000,000 square feet.

The company is active in the San Diego real estate market through Pemcor Properties, Inc.
It has undertaken significant residential and industrial projects in prime locations, and additional San Diego opportunities are being actively pursued in both the commercial and residential sectors.
Pemcor’s most significant multifamily activity has been in Edmonton, Alberta, with over 3,600 condominium units having been developed in that market.
